Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Reviewlogy.com may collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit the website or contact our team.

Effective date: August 10, 2026

Information we may process

Information you provide. If you email us, we receive the address you use and the content of your message. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.

Basic technical information. Our hosting, security, and delivery providers may process information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, and approximate location derived from an IP address. Reviewlogy does not currently offer visitor accounts.

How information is used

  • Operate, deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
  • Respond to questions, privacy requests, and correction reports.
  • Understand broad site performance and improve published content.
  • Measure referrals and qualifying affiliate activity.
  • Prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Cookies, similar technologies, and outbound links

The Reviewlogy pages themselves may rely on essential browser or delivery technologies needed to serve and protect the site. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated accordingly.

When you follow an affiliate link, the destination merchant or affiliate network may use cookies, URL parameters, pixels, or similar technologies to recognize the referral and measure a qualifying action. Those third parties control their own technology and privacy practices.

Service providers and other disclosures

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, content delivery, security, email, and affiliate attribution. We may also disclose information when required by law, when reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of the website.

Reviewlogy does not sell email correspondence or contact details for money. Certain analytics, advertising, or referral activities can be defined as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. See Privacy Choices for available controls.

Your privacy choices

You can limit cookies through browser controls, choose not to follow affiliate links, and contact us about information you sent directly. Third-party merchants and affiliate networks provide their own privacy choices. Reviewlogy’s current options are explained on the Privacy Choices page.

Regional privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing. We may need information sufficient to verify a request and may decline or limit a request where the law permits.

Where applicable, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We will not unlawfully discriminate against a visitor for exercising a privacy right.

Retention and security

We retain direct communications only as long as reasonably necessary for the request, business records, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to provider settings and operational needs.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email service, or transmission method can promise absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Reviewlogy is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent us personal information may contact us to request review and deletion.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
